This substantial Victorian-era fob charm is crafted in rich 14k gold fill and features a distinctive triangular, three-dimensional form with period-correct detailing. Originally designed as a watch fob, it now lends itself beautifully as a statement charm or pendant, whether worn on a fine gold chain or incorporated into a more layered necklace design.
Unmarked, as was common for the period, the piece has been professionally tested and confirms as 14k gold fill. Gold-filled jewelry offers the look and weight of solid gold, with a significantly thicker gold layer than plated pieces, ensuring lasting color and durability.
Please note, this listing is for the fob only. Any chains shown in photographs are props and are not included. Should you wish to add a chain to your purchase, please see our selections of both gold fill and solid gold chains here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/GallivantCollective?section_id=56299901
Your purchase will arrive thoughtfully presented in a ribbon-wrapped jewelry box, ready for gifting or safekeeping.
Please review our shop return policies and FAQ prior to purchase to ensure a smooth and confident shopping experience. We are always happy to answer any questions.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer in-house sizing at this time.
Because each ring is unique in its age and construction, the ability to size varies by design and stone setting. Many pieces can be adjusted within two sizes, though this is only a general guideline.
We recommend having any sizing done by a trusted local jeweler, ideally one who uses a laser welder, as antique gold and historical settings often require specialized care.
If you’d like us to help coordinate third-party sizing for an additional fee, please reach out before purchasing.
Please note that all sizing performed by any jeweler or third party is at the buyer’s discretion and is non-refundable.
We are not GIA-certified gemologists, but we bring more than 25 years of combined experience in antique and fine jewelry, supported by ongoing study in gemstones, materials, and design. Every piece is examined carefully and described with accuracy and transparency.
When an item has been reviewed by our local GIA Graduate Gemologist, that assessment will be clearly noted in the listing.
Our goal is to provide information you can trust and to help you shop with confidence.
